Research in the SP2-Lab focuses on wide-band-gap (WBG) semiconductor technologies (silicon carbide, SiC; gallium nitride, GaN). 
Research topic offers include: WBG-based high frequency high-power density power converters (DC-DC, DC-AC, multi-level, current-source and Y-Inversion) for transportation, lighting, renewable energies; semiconductor device modelling, physical simulation (2D) and characterization; integration, packaging, thermal managemnet and reliability investigations.

We also welcome visiting researchers with matching interests at all levels of seniority.
